Using the tools
FiveMinFree provides general-purpose online tools and workflows. Results can depend on the source file, browser, device, selected settings and third-party software or services involved. Check important calculations, documents, conversions and exported files before relying on them.
Your files and rights
Only upload, convert, edit or send material that you have the right to use. You remain responsible for your content and for complying with copyright, privacy, contractual and other legal obligations that apply to it.
Temporary processing
Some tools process files on FiveMinFree servers for a limited period. Temporary files are not intended as storage or backup. Download or save anything you need to keep.
Third-party services
When you choose to send data or files to another service, that service operates under its own terms, limits and policies. FiveMinFree cannot guarantee the availability, processing time or output of a third-party platform.
Fair use of the service
Do not use FiveMinFree to break the law, distribute malicious material, interfere with the service, bypass usage or security limits, probe systems without permission, or place unreasonable load on shared resources.
Availability and liability
FiveMinFree is provided on an as-available basis. We work to make the tools reliable, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every output will be suitable for every purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, FiveMinFree is not responsible for losses caused by relying on an unchecked result, failing to keep a backup, or the actions of an external service.
